DECAL STICKER is a term used for the stickers which transfer from one medium to another. These stickers have the adhesive material which makes it transfer from one material to another. Decal is a short term for the word decalcomania. Decal stickers are most often used as the transfer of designs as this is transferred its design on the plastic, porcelain, or metal. Difference between an Ordinary Sticker and a Decal Sticker

The masking sheet which contains the letters or the words is pasted on a smooth surface and it is pressed nicely so every word gets the paste and nothing removes when we gently pull out the masking sheet. The words remain on the smooth surface and masking sheet is empty now.
A decal actually has a design printed on it. Whereas a sticker contains some kind of printed information on them. The design can be as small as a book or as big as a wall.
